Zachary brings several years of experience representing both corporate and individual clients in complex immigration matters. He works closely with employers seeking to hire and retain foreign national talent, as well as professionals and families pursuing temporary and permanent immigration benefits.
Prior to joining the firm, Zachary was an Associate Attorney at Fragomen, where he advised corporate clients on a variety of employment-based immigration matters. Before that, he practiced at Jia Law Group, where he progressed from Associate Attorney to Senior Associate, managing a diverse caseload involving both employment-based and family-based immigration. His experience includes preparing and filing a wide range of immigrant and nonimmigrant visa petitions, responding to government requests for evidence, and guiding clients through every stage of the immigration process.
Zachary regularly educates international students and academic communities on U.S. immigration law. He has presented seminars for F-1 international students on navigating post-graduation immigration options, including H-1B specialty occupation visas and O-1 visas for individuals with extraordinary ability. He has also spoken on the significant changes to F-1 student regulations scheduled to take effect on September 15, 2026, helping students and university stakeholders understand how the new rules may affect academic programs, employment authorization, and long-term immigration planning.
Zachary earned his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, where he was a member of the Journal of International Law. He received his bachelor's degree in Political Science and Economics from Binghamton University.
