Itender Badesha focuses his practice on employment-based immigration, representing corporate clients on a wide range of nonimmigrant visa matters including H-1B, O-1, and TN petitions, as well as complex Requests for Evidence (RFE).

Before turning his focus to immigration law, Itender worked in the entertainment industry, including with a startup tequila company, where he built relationships across music and brand deals and gained experience drafting and negotiating contracts. Over the past two and a half years, he has applied that same relationship-driven approach to immigration work, building strong, lasting connections with clients.

Looking ahead, Itender hopes to bring his immigration expertise into the entertainment space, helping artists and industry professionals navigate visa matters such as O-1 petitions for extraordinary ability in the arts.

Itender earned his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School and his bachelor's degree from the University of California, Irvine. He was admitted to the California Bar in July 2024.
