Helen He is an experienced bilingual English-Mandarin immigration attorney. Ms. He possesses significant experience in a wide variety of immigrant and non-immigrant matters.  Helen represents corporate clients or individuals in all types of employment- or investment-based visas such as H-1B, L-1A/B, O-1, E1/E2, TN, etc. and specializing in NIW (national interest waiver), EB-1A and EB-1B (extraordinary ability individuals or outstanding researchers/professors), EB-2 (PERM labor certification or exceptional ability individuals), EB-3 (professional workers), and I-485 adjustment of status applications.  Helen also represents clients in family-based immigration visa applications and citizenship applications. She has assisted a large number of EB-5 investors in obtaining their permanent resident status in the United States. She is the co-author of “Representing Investors and Entrepreneurs from China Amidst a Market Enthralled by EB-5.”

Helen’s legal practice also includes several years of experience with corporate law and securities law at two top tier law firms in mainland China and Hong Kong, wherein she specialized in securities offerings, private placements, SEC filings and compliance, mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance and reorganizations, as well as cross-border transactions between the United States, Hong Kong, and mainland China.

Helen has four law degrees. She earned Juris Scientiae Doctor and Master of Laws degrees from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law.  She also holds degrees from two prestigious law schools in China: Master of Laws degree from Fudan University School of Law and Bachelor of Laws degree from Nankai University School of Law.  Helen is admitted to the New York State Bar and is a member of American Immigration Lawyers Association.
